Questions
Can you write or buy reviews for us?
No. Fake reviews break Google’s rules and can get your profile suspended or your reviews wiped. Everything we do is honest.
Can I offer a discount for a review?
No. Google doesn’t allow rewards for reviews, and it doesn’t allow asking only happy customers through a filter. You can simply ask everyone.
What about a bad review?
Reply calmly, take it offline and fix it if you can. A good reply to a bad review often wins more trust than another five-star one. If a review breaks Google’s rules, we report it.
How many reviews do I need?
It depends on your competitors. We look at the businesses above you and aim to match or beat their number and how recent their reviews are.
